We are Simplify. And we provide web and mobile solutions for the new products of our clients, no matter if it’s a startup or a big business. And now, we are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join it’s to our Sales Department on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

● Update and maintain the Lead database
● Lead qualification, segmentation, and profiling
● Manage cold email / LinkedIn campaigns
● Source leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer
● Support the customer engagement process
● General support for the Business Development team
● Appointing meetings with customers and our sales managers

 

Ideal job profile:

● Experience working in IT sales, B2B sales, other sales experience
● Understanding software development lifecycle
● Excellent communication skills;
● Level of English: Upper Intermediate (at least) or Advanced
● Experience with CRM systems, Trello another management tools;
● Proactive;
● Team player;
● Hood presenter;
● Self-organized;
● Ability to perform under stress;
● Strategic thinking.
