Your Responsibilities:

• Working with client:
• ● Meet and manage the client's expectations
• ● Build trustful relations with clients/stakeholders
• ● Work with the client`s requirements
• ● Always stay in touch with customers from PST/EST time zones
• ● Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to the client
• Working with a project:
• ● Create the project`s plan and estimations (before and during the project)
• ● Resource planning
• ● Make an analysis of possible risks
• ● Take full responsibility for project’s development
• ● Monitor sprint process and ensure sprint scope & purpose is delivered
• ● Manage 3 - 5 teams/squads
• ● Always pay attention to the project’s pulse
• ● Troubleshoot and resolve issues for struggling projects
• Working with a team:
• ● Manage the day-to-day work progress
• ● Conduct performance reviews
• ● Facilitate working process in teams
• ● Provide leadership and motivation
• Working with documentation:
• ● Make project maps, project Confluence pages, reports, release notes, etc.
• ● Working on improving
• ● Identify inefficiencies in the processes. Suggest and introduce improvements
• ● Find possible areas of the product evolution
• ● Help us to build a stronger PM system.
